These consumables are found throughout the game, and can be used in and out of battle (with a few exceptions) to support the party. Most restore the characters' HP and MP, but a few have other effects.

These foods boost stats permanently. They are generally obtained from chests and quests, but a few foes have a very low chance of dropping some. The Rare Shop in Whitefall Town offers them for sale, but the price doubles each time one is purchased.

Permanently increases attack by 2%.
Permanently increases defence by 2%.
Permanently increases magic attack by 2%.

The following items are used to improve Equips, both offensive and defensive alike. A few of these can also be used as throwing item that deal damage to enemies based on the user's stats.
