When cast, a large sparkling star drops on the target, dealing magical damage. Unlike most attacks in the games, Lucky Star's damage varies wildly - it can barely tickle its victim, or inflict devastating damage far beyond its humble appearance and low MP cost. In most games it is one of Natalie's default spells.
Equipping the Star Hairclip or the Shooting Star will boost the power of Lucky Star. In Epic Battle Fantasy 2, the Magic Counter perk allows Natalie to counter some magic attacks with Lucky Star, and the Astrology perk increases its damage (along with that of Pulsar). Its multi-target counterpart is Star Shower.
Epic Battle Fantasy 3
- Lucky Star is a reference to the manga and anime of the same name. The spell's appearance is identical to the star that appears in the title screen of the Lucky Star anime.
