The Magmaball is a crafting item in Epic Battle Fantasy 3. It is a brown, vaguely star-shaped rock with a molten orange core used for forging mostly Fire-related equipment; additionally, it can be used to cast Fire Rain in battle, dealing five hits of minor magical Fire damage to all foes.
Magmaballs can be bought in The Town for 1,900 gold once they've been found elsewhere (e.g. dropped by a foe or found in a chest). 51 are needed to upgrade all of the relevant equipment.
